Russell Embrun Musalla

Russell Embrun Musalla is a community worship space in Embrun, Ontario, dedicated to serving the spiritual and social needs of Muslim residents and visitors. Project overview

The existing online presence for Russell Embrun Musalla did not fully reflect the warmth, inclusivity, and community support that the space offers in real life. Important information about prayer services, educational activities, and community events was difficult for visitors to find, and the site lacked clear structure for users unfamiliar with the organization.

The goal was to create a digital experience that clearly communicates the musalla’s purpose, makes essential information accessible, and conveys a sense of welcome and unity for both current members and newcomers.

Our approach

We redesigned the website to prioritize clarity, ease of navigation, and community connection. Information about prayer times, Jummah services, classes, and events was organized in a way that allows visitors to find what they need quickly and intuitively. The design reinforces the musalla’s role as a gathering space for worship, learning, and fellowship.

The result is a purposeful and user-focused platform that supports Russell Embrun Musalla’s mission of spiritual enrichment and community building. The updated website serves as a trusted hub for members, families, and anyone seeking engagement with the local Muslim community.
